Professor John Belina

Professor Belina teaches courses in biomedical instrumentation, audio amplifier design, and product development. He is particularly interested in the design of algorithms and equipment that may someday detect whether a person is susceptible to lethal cardiac arrhythmias.

Professor Charles Seyler, arriving at Cornell in 1981, is the Associate Director of Academic Affairs for the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Seyler's research interests are in the theory and simulation of nonlinear plasma phenomena.
